About Summer
I spent twenty years transforming talent functions inside some of the world's most complex organizations: Alcon, Astellas Pharma, and Hewlett-Packard. I built HR infrastructure from scratch across four continents, designed operating models for functions spanning Finance, IT, R&D, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations, and led change initiatives at a scale most HR leaders never see.
I founded Global Aptitude Advisory because the work I love, helping leaders and organizations genuinely get better, is better done without the constraints of a single company's agenda. I bring the same rigor I applied inside Fortune 500s, with the outside perspective that internal teams rarely have access to.
